RENNtech Power Module for Range Rover

Known for Mercedes-Benz AMG performance tuning, RENNtech’s Power Module (RPM) now offers the same powerful ECU tuning for a wide range of European Luxury and Performance vehicles.

The most recent addition to the list of RENNtech tuned vehicles is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover. Powered by a 4.4 liter Twin Turbo V8 the factory published power figures are 523 HP and 553 LB FT of torque. Tested on the DYNO at RENNtech, the Range Rover produced 588 HP and 650 LT-FT of torque, 65 HP and 97 LB-FT more power than advertised.

The RPM is a “piggy-back” style ECU upgrade designed to pull additional power from the engine by adjusting fuel-to-air ratio, ignition timing, and throttle mapping through RENNtech’s proprietary software.

With RENNtech’s software, the Range Rover engine produces an additional +57 HP and 40 LB FT of torque at the crank, delivering a totalof 654 HP and 690 LB-FT of torque!

With tune installed, the Range Rover feels equally smooth as before, but is quicker from the start with a stronger pull at higher speeds. Most noticeable are the pulls between 60 and 130 mph where the 5500+ lbs Range Rover needs it the most.

The RPM is designed for daily driving and comes with RENNtech’s standard 2 year product warranty. Installing the RPM is straightforward and can be done within 2-3 hours by one of RENNtech’s Dealers, or, if mechanically inclined with proper tools the install can be done at home.

The Range Rover sits at the top of the luxury SUV food chain, and with RENNtech’s Power upgrade the Rover inches closer to AMG GLS 63 in performance.

 

RENNtech CLA 45 AMG ECU Now Available

RENNtech is pleased to announce our proprietary ECU upgrade for the Mercedes M133 engine that offers huge gains in performance across the entire RPM range without sacrificing around town comfort or daily driver reliability. The end result is nothing short of spectacular with the RENNtech ECU upgrade making up to an incredible 428 HP and 417 TQ at the crank!

Our Piggyback is still available but now RENNtech is ready to tune your CLA 45. Tuning the ECU allows us to do a more complete modification of the vehicle’s performance including drivability adjustments, shift improvements, speed limits, torque control and response times.

This ECU Upgrade is also available for the 156 GLA and 176 - A Class.

• 355 hp @ 6,000 RPM; 332 lb-ft @ 2,250-5,000 RPM

RENNtech tunes the SL65 Black Series

RENNtech is making progress on one of this year's most sought-after supercars, the Mercedes-Benz SL65 Black Series. Initial ECU programming results on the twin-turbo V12 were remarkable. And after further testing and development RENNtech massaged 630 HP / 765 LB-FT at the wheels on the in-house dyno. In the case of this particular dyno run that's 67HP/69LB-FT over stock. Helping to plant that tire-liquifying power to the ground is a custom 100% locking limited-slip differential.

R.A.T. (RENNtech Auto Tuner)

RENNtech has introduced a new revolutionary Auto Tuner for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. For the first time, you can reprogram your ECU simply by plugging in the new R.A.T. (RENNtech Auto Tuner). No need to remove the ECU!! Once the reprogramming is complete (about 90 seconds), you can easily switch between stock, for street use, and tuned, for the track, with the flick of a switch.

The R.A.T. is shipped out preprogrammed with RENNtech’s list of firmware and can be sent anywhere in the world. When first plugged into your Mercedes-Benz via the OBD II port, the tuner “marries” itself and uploads the proper file. If the proper file is not already available or you would like to have a custom file made, simply plug the R.A.T. into your computer. The vehicle data is sent to RENNtech and, after being tested, your new file is emailed back to you. If you lose power or the R.A.T. is disconnected while uploading the file, the tuner is designed to automatically recover the stock programming.
