Elevate Your Summer Adventures: Experience the Power of RENNtech Upgrades for Your Sprinter.

Elevate Your Summer Adventures: Experience the Power of RENNtech Upgrades for Your Sprinter.

Are you ready to take your Sprinter campervan adventures to the next level? Imagine gliding effortlessly along coastal roads, confidently overtaking slower vehicles on the highway, and maneuvering your camper with ease, all while ensuring the safety of your precious cargo. With RENNtech upgrades, this dream has become a reality.

At the heart of the RENNtech upgrade package lies the Hand Held ECU Tuner (HHT), a game-changer for Sprinter owners looking to unlock the full potential of their vehicles. Designed specifically for the 6-cylinder OM642 diesel engine, the HHT module transforms your Sprinter's performance, boosting horsepower from 188 to a formidable 258, and torque from 294 lb-ft to an impressive 398 lb-ft. If you have a 4-cylinder Sprinter, no need to worry. With the OM651 Hand Held ECU Tuner you can unlock the full potential of your 4-cylinder diesel by enhancing the engine performance from 135 hp/ 221 lb-ft to 180 hp/ 297 lb-ft making it easier to conquer any challenge on the highway.

Say goodbye to sluggish acceleration and hello to smooth, responsive performance that will elevate your driving experience.

But RENNtech doesn't stop there. Safety is essential, especially when you're navigating challenging terrain or towing a car or trailer. That's where RENNtech's 360 Camera Module and Lane Departure Module come into play. The 360 Camera Module provides you with a comprehensive view of the rear of your vehicle while driving, ensuring you can keep an eye on your tow, navigate tight spaces and reverse with confidence. Whether you're backing into a campsite or maneuvering through crowded city streets, the 360 Camera Module gives you eyes in the back of your head, enhancing safety and peace of mind.

Meanwhile, the Lane Departure Module takes the stress out of long drives by overriding jarring alerts that can be triggered by crossing the centerline or encountering heavy sidewinds. Instead of being startled by sudden vibrations through the steering wheel, you can focus on the road ahead, knowing that the Lane Departure Module has your back.

With RENNtech upgrades, owning a Sprinter campervan has never been more exhilarating or safer. Whether you're embarking on a cross-country road trip or exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, you can trust RENNtech to enhance your driving experience and elevate your adventures to new heights.

Adventure awaits—embrace it with RENNtech.

RENNTECH | PLATUNE DIESEL G CONCEPT

2009 marks two special birthdays: it is RENNTECH's 20th year in business and the G wagen's 30th year of production! As previously mentioned HERE, RENNTECH is celebrating its 20 years of tuning excellence with a series of extremely limited-production specials that set new industry standards for Mercedes-Benz performance tuning.

The concept shown makes use of a RENNTECH-tuned Mercedes-Benz CDI Diesel, which makes almost 400 lb-ft of torque in production tune. Final output TDB.

As with RENNTECH's GLK hybrid rally-racer and 777 SLR renderings, these were done by Platune Design.

That metallic tenorite gray Mercedes-Benz GLK 320 CDI pictured above is the first of the new SUV range to find a home with a private customer, and to commemorate the GLK's historic launch, plant manager Peter Schabert handed over the keys to the new SUV personally at the Customer Center of Mercedes' Bremen plant. During the event, Peter noted "The GLK is our most important new model this year. It is the first compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) from Mercedes-Benz and the first Mercedes-Benz SUV ‘Made in Bremen’, so I am particularly delighted to personally hand over the first GLK to its owner. I am sure she will be impressed by its unmistakable look, outstanding performance - on and off the road - and its safety and comfort."

eMercedesBenz recently posted this bit of news on Mercedes' new BlueEFFICIENCY line of Diesel engines for the US-market C class. The new diesel engine C is capable of 0-60 sprints in under 7 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph - but what makes the powerplant really exciting is its fuel consumption: 5.2 liters of fuel per 100 km (45 mpg!).

NEW AGE TEUTONIC TERRORS

This morning, Mercedes-Benz announced that all of its car lines would feature smaller 4 cylinder and turbocharged engines by 2010.

For the record, MB already offers twin-turbo V12's in their flagship 600 and 65 series AMG cars, as well as turbo-engined diesels (320CDi, etc.), but some people have already emailed us about this, worried that this announcement spelled doom for hot cars like the C63 AMG. To all the "sky is falling" chicken-littles out there who think smaller engines mean boring cars: just look at the picture above, and remember that Herr Feyhl cut his teeth on hot fours.
